Why exercise is for all ages, fitness levels, body shapes and abilities.

Did you know every single exercise that exists has varying levels of difficulty?


And yes, they can all be regressed (made easier) to suit anyone.


A lot of messages that I get come from women who are concerned that they aren't fit enough to exercise in a group setting.


Now I have been doing this long enough, have studied hard enough and trained weak enough to show you exactly what can be broken down and how.
