Why I love bootcamps
I'm a member of a gym and even though I know what I'm doing I struggle to decide what to train when I have to create the workout for myself, and all the gym classes clash with when I have my girls or my sessions.   Years ago I used to train in a bootcamp community, and it was the easiest funnest way to consistently exercise.   📝 I didn't have to chose the workout, because someone wrote it for me. 📆 I didn't have to decided when I could make a session, because there weren't many sessions...

It's not what you think..
You probably think I'm going to tell you to stretch after a work out to help your muscles, but that's not the main reason why I think you should stretch afterwards. 🧠 When we exercise we put our bodies under stress, and generally this is a good thing for many reasons. Will you promise me something?
You're making yourself feely guilty and anxiety worse when you don't exercise.   You've made the promise and mental commitment to move your body 'tomorrow', then tomorrow comes around and you find the time to clean the house, scroll on your phone, or hit the shops for something you need, but you let your promise slide.   Now your brain starts to spiral 🌀, even if you don't notice it.   Feelings of guilt, frustration, worthiness, and other negative thoughts start to circulate.   Surprise...
