You're a mess- and here's why.

That frustration and tension you're feeling is pent up energy building in your muscles because you haven't exercised in how long?
When was the last time you actually did a proper workout? šļø
I'm not saying walked your kids to school, and I'm also not saying nearly killed yourself and wanted to spew. šŖ¦
That somewhere in between, where you walk away feeling like you're buzzing.
Your muscles have been used how they're supposed to be used, and all that energy has finally had the chance to get out your body.
Your heart pumped blood, flushing out all your muscles which have been stiff and stagnant.
Your brain switched off from daily life, and you just felt your body and how amazing and strong it is (at the time you probably felt really weak).
You laughed, moved and felt like yourself again.
If any of these things sound like you, then this is your sign you need to do a workout.
ā Your back is constantly aching.
ā You're frustrated and short tempered with your kids, your husband and yourself.
ā You're unmotivated and eating like shit.
ā Your whole body is one giant knot.
ā these are your body telling you something is wrong.
And as much as we would love to off load the kids or our partners somedays, this just isn't practical.
So let's control what you can.
Do a workout, go for a proper walk, or follow a youtube yoga workout.
