Why you feel like you're getting sick after you exercise.

Last week I was having a conversation with a new client who was expressing her concern about how after every big workout she felt like she was coming down with the flu or a cold.
Body aches, headachy, fatigue, groggy; all those early symptoms of being sickly.
Instantly I knew she hadn't been and wasn't eating enough.
We did a little dive into how much she was eating and she explained that between taking care of the kids and all her other jobs, eating was falling to the way side.
She agreed that for the next week she would try eating more in the morning, and definitely going home and eating a nutritiously dense lunch afterwards.
And would you guess it, sickly symptoms gone!
So this is your friendly reminder that if you're feeling sickly after a workout then there's a good chance you're not eating enough.
Here are two easy lunch options which are quick & nutrient dense.
