You say you want to get better, but you keep complaining.

I feel like this isn't news to you.. I'm quite confident that you already know this..

I'm going to assume you've forgotten, or maybe this knowledge is just lost in the sea of tasks, to do lists and responsibility..

🧠 Whatever you tell yourself is what you're going to believe for the rest of your life.

I hear these complaints all the time..

I want to lose weight, I want to develop better habits, I want to be happier and more present with my kids.

THEN

In the very next sentence I hear I hate burpees, I hate running, I'll go crazy if i start something new.

If you tell everyone around you that you 'hate exercise', 'you don't have time to do a workout' or any other one of your excuses, of course your friends (who are supportive and love you) will believe you. AND if they believe you then why shouldn't you believe it too.

NOW

It's not that I don't believe you, it's just that I KNOW you want and deserve better than feeling stuck, miserable and too overwhelmed to make change.

I want to show you that if you STOP TELLING YOURSELF 'you hate running' or 'you're too anxious to start', you're going to be so surprised at how much your brain doesn't fight you when it's time do those things. The change into acceptance > complaining will come harder and faster than you realise.

So next time you feel that excuse coming, make the choice to knock it back.

You deserve more than you realise, and I want to help you get it.

If you feel like you want more, but you just don't know where to start then..

I can't wait to hear from you.
