Why are bootcamps so expensive?




When you consider a gym that's cost ranges anywhere between $12-$41, and includes hours of access & multiple classes it seems like the smarter decision to join, right?

 

So you do that.

 

You sign up and you're pretty consistent to start because the motivation is high, then you get sick or something comes up.

 

You take a few weeks off, and you lose motivation.

You think 'it's ok, i'll book into the next class and do that'.

Which you do, but there's 30 other people in the class who are all smashing it. The trainer is so busy running the session, that there's no opportunity for you to ask questions, bring up any existing injuries or check your technique. Plus all the people you don't know is off putting.

 

You think, that's fine. I'll just hire a 1:1 personal trainer. But thats another $50-$100 per week, which you didn't really account for when you signed up.

 

You end up walking on the treadmill until that's not enough and you stop, and it all becomes too hard.

 

If you're someone who thrives at the gym, loves being left alone in classes or walking on the treadmill, I love that for you.

Now let me explain to you what happens when you join a bootcamp (my bootcamp specifically).

 

You umm and ahh over joining, but you're constantly stalking my socials (@gymandtonicmovement).

You open messages all the time to join (or to come back) but never bite the bullet.

Then finally you do it & you book in for your 7 day free trial.

You're so nervous about your first session but within minutes you feel included and welcomed by our amazing community.

The session is written for you (just like at the gym), but the difference is there's between 8-12 people at my session.

I'm constantly watching & reviewing techniques, supporting you but also having fun with you. There's so many opportunities to talk to me, talk to your peers and form relationships with everyone.

 

It's kind of like having a 1:1 trainer for a fraction of the cost, plus you get to have fun. And while I'm watching and reviewing everyone, the attention won't be on you 100% of the time!

 

I've spend years & thousands of money building my knowledge back to accomodate you no matter your fitness level, ability/ coordination or body type.

 

You have people who you like, who add accountability and support. They/ I check in if we haven't seen you in awhile to keep you motivated and know you're important.

 

Our bootcamps are more than just exercise. They are a place you feel like you belong. You look forward to coming. And you're finally prioritising yourself and your health (physical & mental), which is one of the biggest accomplishments as an adult.
