Which is the better time to exercise: morning or arvo/ evening?
As with everything fitness related the verdict is- it depends.
I'm going to share with you the pro's of both and you can decide your own verdict.
Morning ☀️
Pro's
It's over and done with so you don't have to talk yourself into it.
You feel energised and have more clarity for the rest of your day
Some people can work harder with a less full stomach.
Arvo/ evening 🌕
Pro's
You are fully fuelled from eating during the day to perform at your peak.
You have the opportunity to burn off any energy/ anger from the day.
You go to bed feeling exhausted from working hard.
I'd love to know are you a morning exerciser or an evening one?
I'm both depending on my mood.
