Which is the better time to exercise: morning or arvo/ evening?

 

As with everything fitness related the verdict is- it depends.

 

I'm going to share with you the pro's of both and you can decide your own verdict.

 

Morning ☀️

Pro's

  • It's over and done with so you don't have to talk yourself into it.

  • You feel energised and have more clarity for the rest of your day

  • Some people can work harder with a less full stomach.

 

Arvo/ evening 🌕

Pro's

  • You are fully fuelled from eating during the day to perform at your peak.

  • You have the opportunity to burn off any energy/ anger from the day.

  • You go to bed feeling exhausted from working hard.

 

I'd love to know are you a morning exerciser or an evening one?

 

I'm both depending on my mood.
