
Some times;
We get sick.
We get tired.
We get busy.
So let's start normalising that sometimes you will take time off training and diet.
Let's also start normalising that as soon as you can get back into your routine you do!
As soon as you accept that these breaks are normal, the easier, faster and more excited you become about getting back into it!
Your life is not perfect, and your training routine is not going to be either!
Love the highs.
Accept the lows.
Never quit.
And see how much easier movement becomes.
