Your butt cheeks, belly & butthole need a check in.

Right now, are you squeezing your butt cheeks, holding in your stomach or clenching your butthole?

If you are constantly engaging through these muscle groups consciously or subconsciously you are working your body in ways that it's not supposed to always be worked.

You are causing tight pelvic floor, constipation, back pain & tightness, imbalances and of course physical & mental stress are entwined!

Take a deep breath, draw attention to these parts of your anatomy and release.

If you are clenching without realising you may need to regularly draw attention to these parts of your body through the day.

You should start to notice how much more relaxed you feel instantly, both physically & mentally!
