Fear Mongering, Fitness & Money.

I follow a lot of fitness accounts online and there seems to be an overwhelming debate about which style of 'exercise' is the most elite for health.
There are a lot of 'hot takes', 'unpopular opinions' & fear mongering amongst the fitness community with so many accounts trying to influence you to join their programs/ buy their apps to change your body.
Everyone is trying to find their niche and target audience in the market and become a specialist in a certain area.
Unfortunately this means for the general population there is so much information you can't actually discern what is accurate, and relevant to you.
Fortunately I don't want to have a specific platform that wants you to buy my program because I want your money. My platform is built around you wanting to love exercise and making your health your priority instead of your physique.
So here is my 'hot take' which is backed by science, peer reviewed articles and a bachelor's degrees about which exercise style is the best;
✨They are all good ✨
Every form of exercise has different benefits for your body, brain & health.
And the best training program will incorporate a range of difference styles, over a dedicated period of time (your whole life) to achieve maximum results.
Here is a quick breakdown of how each style of exercise benefits the body.
🧠 ⚡️ALL STYLES: new neural link growth (brain health), hormonal balancing, mood boosting/ depression and anxiety lowering, improved sleep, better cognitive function, immune system strengthening and improved posture 🫁🌳.
Heavy weight training; muscle building, bone density increase, joint & ligament strengthening.
Yoga/ pilates: Flexibility, joint and ligament strengthening, improved mobility, nervous system relaxation.
Impact training: bone density increase, joint and ligament strengthening, rebound reflex improvement.
Cardio/ HIIT: improved cardio vascular strength, improved lung capacity and function.
Balance training: improved balance, improved spacial awareness, posture & pelvic floor health.
As you can see each individual style has it's own benefits, but doing only one style limits your bodies ability to reach full strength and health, especially as we move into our senior years.
If you want fitnessMAXXXX your workout, take it outside into the fresh air and nature.
