I am not the pt for you if you're looking for someone to 'tough love' you in to changing your habits, body or eating choices.
As someone who is already hard enough on themselves, I know you don't need another person telling you you're doing 'it' wrong.
You need someone in your corner who sees how fabulous you are, and reminds you that you're doing a good job even when you feel like you're failing.
You need someone who has experienced the ups and downs of body image, motherhood, exercise & diet stress and burnout. Someone who can hold your hand as you walk that path together.

I'm not the pt for you if you're looking for someone to tell you when you can have a 'cheat day' or guilt you for not eating your protein requirement.
I'm not the pt for you are looking for someone who only cares that you reach your physique goals.

I am the pt for you if you care about how your body & mind acts and responds in your 80's & 90's.
I am the pt for you if you're looking to find balance with a body you love and a life you enjoying living.
I am the pt for you if you need support, a bit of banter and someone who genuinely wants you to make choices that align with self love & care.
