HIIT @ home!

If you are visiting my page you are probably looking for a personal trainer,  boot camp to join or some health and fitness advise.. 

 

So lets start with a 30 minute workout you can do at home!

 

 

For this work out you: work 30seconds: rest 30seconds x 5 rounds (30:30x5)

 

You will need:

- a timer or clock (I use 'Interval Timer' from the apple app store)

- water

- mat/ towel

 

Warm up (5mins)

jogging on the spot, butt kicks, high knees

 

Workout (20mins)

Squat Jumps 30:30x5

Supermans 30:30x5

Mountain Climbers 30:30x5

Plank 30:30x5

 

*Grab a drink between changing exercises!

 

Stretch (5mins)

 

 

 

Ta da! You're done!
