For this work out you: work 30seconds: rest 30seconds x 5 rounds (30:30x5)
You will need:
- a timer or clock (I use 'Interval Timer' from the apple app store)
- mat/ towel
Warm up (5mins)
jogging on the spot, butt kicks, high knees
Squat Jumps 30:30x5
Mountain Climbers 30:30x5
*Grab a drink between changing exercises!
